Our order arrived 30 minutes late, the sandwiches were soggy, the salad was missing a couple of toppings and the lettuce was wilted. And one of the chicken sandwich had bones in it. Not my favorite dining experience.

I order from here almost every day--and I order the same salad, every time. I would give more than 3 stars, except that 50% of the time, the salad preparer does not read the comments I add. Sometimes they don't add the goat cheese or other expensive ingredient and I have to call to get refunded. Or, they add croutons even when I state no crackers or bread because of my gluten intolerance. The food is good, the service is inconsistent.

While the food is delicious, it just takes way too long.. You're likely ordering a sandwich and some pre-made soup so I'm not sure why it takes so long. The delivery time was estimated to be 15-30 minutes, but my food didn't get to me for an hour. That was incredibly frustrating.

I really like Hale and Hearty's soups, but this is the first time I tried their delivery service through seamless web and it was atrocious. It took 2 hours for me to get my food (said it should be here in 15-30 minutes based on my location). I called after waiting an hour and a half and they said the computer system had been down, which had caused the delay. Nevertheless, I only found out about this after calling (they didn't take the initiative to let me know, which would have been greatly appreciated). I'll visit the restaurant again, but I won't order for delivery.
