Hale & Hearty Soups (Rk Center)

I'm not even a soup fanatic but the soups are great, so great that I feel compelled to try them all. There is a bit of premium on the products, a small soup of any kind will easily run you $5. Tomato Cheddar, Crab Bisque, Mac Cheese & Chili are awesome.

Only order from this establishment if you have 2+ hours to sit around and wait for your food. They do not care about repeat business, whether you have ordered from them before, or anything else. They lost my business PERMANENTLY today!!!

Do NOT order from here. They lie about what soups they have, are rude when telling you they dont have the soup you ordered, and take twice as long as the estimated delivery. AWFUL

soup and half sandwich. worst lobster bisque i have ever tasted... if i were blind folded and ask to try it i would have guessed stale carrot soup... tuna sandwich was decent

Deliveries at lunch time consistently take well over an hour to arrive (an hour and 15 minutes one time, an hour and a half another), and I am located less than a half block away. Food is okay, but definitely not worth the wait.

An unbelievably bad delivery experience. My order took two hours to be delivered, when the estimated delivery time was 35-50 minutes. I called after an hour to check on the order's status and was informed that it had gone out for delivery but it wasn't possible to tell me when. After another half hour I called back and was told the delivery person had gotten lost, which was hard to believe as this is a location no more than 5 blocks from my office. When the order finally arrived, it was incomplete. The missing sandwich was delivered separately 20 minutes later.

Their soups are good but customer service is atrocious. They are always late, very late. And when you call to check they either hang up on you or tell you your order is on the way. Unless you are not hungry, would suggest ordering somewhere else.

Took over an hour for delivery (estimated delivery time was 20min), did not provide butter for bread (requested in "comments"), included wrong chips (dirty, not popped), not chopped as requested.

Pathetic; did not get lunch until 1.45pm. Soup serving was mean. Sald was awful. Last time I'd use these guys.

Sandwich is getting smaller and smaller. Lots of sand in the lettuce. Eating sand along with the sandwich. Quality is going down.

You make a pretty good salad and a good soup, but with the 2 hour delivery times (I am located in the same building as you!), and the fact that at least 1/3 of the soup has always spilled into the bottom of the delivery bag by the time it arrives, and cold, I say you really flunk the delivery test! This is NYC! You have to have good delivery!!!!

The Senegalese chicken and peanut soup was the best soup that either my boss or I had ever eaten. We were both in heaven - or Senegal, whichever is closest.
