THIS WAS THE MOST AWFUL SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!! EVER!!!! My order was an HOUR late and was melted. When I called to complain, the people were unbelievably rude and insulted my intelligence. I was dissatisfied with my food and even more UPSET by the service.

I only ask two things when ordering - be somewhat on time and have what I order. Fail on both. After I order, they call and say they don't have what I want. Then it takes them more than an hour to deliver after they confirm the order. Why? Sorry, never again.

I just had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I put in my order at 6:20pm. An hour later my food had not arrived (expected delivery was between 30 and 45 minutes), so I called. I was told that my food was already on its way, and that it should arrive shortly. Half an hour later no food, so I called again. This time I was told that my food had just left. When I asked about the discrepancy between what I'd been told the first time I called and this time, I was told that the person had forgotten my address so they had to go back to the restaurant to get it. Now, follow me here, my food had left, the delivery person had forgotten my address, so he had to go back to the restaurant to get my directions. Note that when the food finally arrived (another 20 minutes later), that the delivery person had a cell phone. They straight up lied to me. Now to the food. As you can guess, it was garbage. The french fries were inedible....cold, soggy and some of the potatoes were raw. My sandwich was cold and both the cheese and the bread had hardened. I called seamless to file a complaint, they called the restaurant on my behalf and I got a whole $2 discount. Heck, even the person at seamless said that it was a 'slap to the face'. Seamless should really place more care in how the vet their restaurants. No more has to be said about the lousy quality of service and food provided by the restaurants, but these types of experiences also reflect negatively on seamless. Regards, A.

Food was 2 hours late - and even it was cancelled an hour past delivery limits. The tiramisu had a layer of mould growing all over it. I have a sneaking suspicion this company is not graded anything above an 'F' by City health and sanitation. I have never felt the need to leave reviews no matter how bad service or ineptitude of a place be. But I will warn you all. I hold this place in high regard in you are there in person, they will make a proper chicken cutlet sandwich but if you order from them they screw it up horrendously. Here's the story - first time I ordered I wanted the chicken cutlet w Swiss. That part came fine. But then they proceeded to send me a 2 liter of Soda Water instead of the Fiji Water I ordered and an Evian in place of the Purell hand sanitizer I wanted. Luckily, the main focus of the order being the sandwich was correct so I didnt bother calling them to tell them they got it wrong. I can always use water to drink. However I just tried ordering the same Chicken Cutlet and Swiss and have never in my life recieved a more sad pitiful looking excuse for a sandwich in my whole life than tonight!!! First of all, they used Grilled Chicken instead of cutlets and then there was nothing but bread and overly microwaved grilled chicken. So microwaved that the Grilled Chicken turned hard and the cheese was absorbed. Secondly, when i spoke to the person there about how bad they messed up the order they blamed it on Seamless saying "we have problems with that company" meaning that because the title of the dish is called Chicken and Swiss and nothing else. I said it clearly states on the app and online that it comes with lettuce, tomatoes, herbed mayo, etc. He said it doesnt say that on the order confirmation and that I needed to include that in the Special Instructions. What a dummy, who orders a sandwich with no lettuce and tomatoe. And why did the first time I ordered the sandwich did someone get it right. That place needs to check themselves and their quality assurance of what comes out of the deli. It will not last long if this continues. Phew. Fingers hurt now :)

Seems like everyone has had a bad experience with them. They complained about delivery (even though I am about 5 blocks and and an ave away), they called 3 times to say they did not have something and provided poor substitues. They need to update their menu and it also took well over an hour to get the food. once the food arrived items were missing and the food was awful. Ending up throwing alot of it out

The 1st time I ordered from here it took 1 hour & 20 minutes to arrive... and that was after 2 phone calls assuring me it was on it's way. I thought I saw the delivery guy drive by 3 times on his bike a half hour earlier. And yes, I was right. it WAS him. He was obviously lost. Anyway, I got the Clinton wrap & by the time it arrived it was a luke warm, mushy disgusting mess. And my soda was also warm. I swore I'd never order from here again. But then I thought I'd give them another chance... big mistake. This time it only took 45 minutes. But they got it all wrong. I ordered a "make your own salad" with dressing on the side. Of course it came mixed in which made it all soggy. I also noticed an ingredient missing (i had ordered kidney beans.) OK, if you don't have something then call & tell me, or at least take it off the bill. I also ordered a 7up. They sent Sprite instead. And finally, my 'everything bagel' was actually an onion bagel. And I didn't ask for it toasted because I was going to have it later but nope, they toasted It. NEVER AGAIN!!!

The food was pretty much the standard deli fare. I was mostly impressed with the accuracy of the order (the eggs on my sandwich were in fact served over easy and they used cheddar instead of American cheese). The service was great--my food was delivered far sooner than indicated and while they had forgotten my small coffee, they immediately sent it over when I called.

Ordered an egg white omelette for my gf and a turkey and roast beef hero for me. Omelette was made with normal eggs and cold. They forgot to put lettuce, tomato, and russian dressing on the hero. It also took an hour to deliver. Never again. Seamless shouldn't even allow them on this site.
