Hard Grove Cafe

DON'T EVEN BOTHER! After two hours of waiting for food delivery, 4 phone calls: got transferred, then hung up on, brushed off the phone once (they told me it's on the way and hung up) and the last time the woman complained about online orders. "We are too busy for these orders", to find that the food was never cooked, order was never passed over to the kitchen. If you want aggravation, order here. But I bet you are too hungry for that.

Ordered a sandwich from here - it took 100 minutes to arrive, it was cold, and an item was missing. They would not do anything for me in light of their mistake. Very poor customer service, and the food was not that good anyway. Would not order again.

worst meal i ever had...they didn't deliver the 2 sides that goes with the lunch special and maybe that's why...never again unfortunately...i love cuban food : (

Seamless predicted our food would arrive within 30 - 45 minutes but it actually took nearly 2 hours. When it finally arrived it was cold and unimpressive. First & last time ordering from Hard Grove.

The food is excellent but if you dine in, expect to be there for a long time with little to no service. Honestly, I've been in four times and each time I've waited at least 20 minutes for someone to take my order after seating me. Once I even walked out as it was ridiculous. But, delivery is prompt and so far no complaints there.
