So after waiting 2 hours for my meal (instead of the stated 30-45 min) and calling 2 times (and being told they remade the order), I had the "pleasure" of having the single worst meal I've ordered via Seamless and one of my worst ever. The Chicken Marsala tasted awful and the Chicken Parm tasted like it was made a week ago. The bread was old as could be and hard as a rock. Its a shame too b/c I regularly order from here for my company during the week and a huge fan of Harry's Steak on Stone St. I will NEVER order from this place again and think Harry (who's a nice guy) should take immediate action to avoid letting his brand being tarnished any further. This was an embarrassment.

Compared to competing restaurants in the area (Tribeca and Battery Park City), Harry's has the best prices for the same exact food items on their menu. Delivery is fast as well.

We had the most disappointing pizza ever today. When they've opened we ordered the pizza all the time because it was so good. But recently it changed. The quality went down. The pizza is not only always cold or with the wrong toppings, but it also tastes horribly. We've tried couple of times but it is not good anymore.

AWFUL- if you feel like waiting an hour and 50 minutes for the most bland pasta drenched in oil, cardboard burnt pizza and old lettuce and croutons (aka caesar salad) all for $50 plus tip- GO FOR IT!

The pizza is always good at harrys, but not worth the hassle. I ordered and it took wayyyy tooo long. over an hour, to get pizza. They dont make round pies before 4pm. Who the hell knows why. I called to find the status of my order after a while of waiting and it was enroute, which means another 30 minutes. When the guy walked in, he throws the pizza on the desk and walks out. Horrible service.

I had a terrible experience with Harry's on Murray St. I go to brunch often at the Gold St location and love their food and customer service so I decided to order delivery from the other location one night. They advertise a 45-60 min delivery time and my food took 1 hour and 45 minutes total. It was cold and undercooked. I was very reasonable and understanding of the delay to the woman on the phone but she was extremely rude and unresponsive to helping me. I would not recommend delivery from this restaurant.

This place was originally really good but the last order I placed was strangely disgusting. The pizza was stone cold and the cheese looked like it was from Kraft. I have no idea why the quality plummeted seemingly overnight.

The food is fine, but be warned that when you order from here you will likely end up waiting for over an hour for a simple bowl of pasta. With multiple italian restaurants in the area, all of which manage to deliver within the estimated times provided, I simply do not believe this restaurant is worth it and will not be ordering from here again.

Prompt delivery and arrives warm. Once, the pizza was burt on the bottom, but generally not. They are a little heavy on the SALT - pre-hydrate before the meal. The past is usually over-done, but generally tastes well. Good addition to the BPC restaurant scene, which is greatly lacking in comparison to other regions of Manhattan.
