quality of fish is excellent - they selection included in the sushi deluxe is very good. delivery is quick. make sure to ask for real wasabi (otherwise, they send the cheap stuff in packets)

This is the BEST sushi restaurant in Midtown. Consistently wonderful food prepared by the finest Japanese chefs and incredibly pleasant and professional staff. A perfect way to enjoy a great meal.

Hatsuhana gets a lot of things right with take-out, but they also fail to fully think about user experience. It would be nice to see: Salads with dressing already mixed in Slightly larger boxes (or more room) more tofu in the miso soup. I feel like they're just on the cusp of being a truly excellent joint in my area.
