Havana Alma de Cuba

Though better than the chain Cuban restaurants around the area, Havana Alma de Cuba is quite bland. I have given the restaurant a couple chances, and both experiences were less than appetising. The dishes are flavorless, stale and tough - though the service is promp, the food is not very warm. I suspect most everything was prepared and cooked long before I even thought of ordering it. The food that isn't bland is loaded with salt to hide the fact that there aren't any other flavors. And lastly, the servings are fairly small for the price.

I ordered Empanadas, Montadito de Chorizo, and Yuquita Fritas and they all tasted so good! My food choices were a bit greasy, but not any more than any other place serving fried foods. I would totally order from them again.

Delivery was very fast. I was pleased. I ordered to fufu and the pork sandwich. Both were excellent!! I would definitely order from them again.

Yummy food. Had been in person, but this was my first time ordering via Seamless. The maduros are the best. Also, delivery was super quick - arrived in like 15 minutes. Will order from here again!

I ordered on a Sunday early afternoon. Food was cold and looked and tasted like it was left overs from the previous evening reheated. Awful!

Super fast delivery. Terrible food!! Order was at my hotel within 20 minutes of placing the order. The meat was raw, i couldn't belive they would even dare serve this. The rice tasted terrible. The only thing that was good was the empanada... Wasted 30$ ended up throwing out the meat... I would rather wait for my food and have it fully cooked then getting a raw piece of meat ..

Ordered a Cuban Sandwich and maduros and was very, very disappointed. The sandwich was kind of hard to eat because it was soooooooooooo dry. The meat, the bread, everything. Not to mention the fact that there was so little meat, and halfway through, I had yet to find any cheese and only found two pickle slices. For $9.00? I excpected at least something that I could easily chew and swallow. The maduros, nothing exciting at all. Though not as bad as the sandwich, definitely not worth ordering from them again.

I was satisfied with the food, however, the delivery man came off really rude when we gave him his tip cash. He said to my family member as she was giving him the tip that she was "cheap" for giving him a $4 tip.

When I went to this restaurant, I loved it. The ambiance was great & I thought the empanadas were divine! But when I ordered them, they weren't quite as wonderful as I remembered. The Sandwich Cubano was really bland.

I hardly every review places, but had to do this one. Not only did the delivery take forever, but the delivery was rude. The food was cold and disgusting. I want my tip money back. DO NOT ORDER HERE EVER! And if you do, don't leave a tip.

Overpriced for the quality of the food. Don't order the ropa vieja on a Saturday. It clearly was not fresh.

Delivery Man was extremely rude! Complained about the distance he had to travel to deliver my food and rang my doorbell five times at once. The food is flavorless and the plantains are terrible. Worst experience ever...

The Pollo Camaguey should have a "Order rice and beans separate" sign. Was disappointed when I opened the delivery bag and saw only a small portion of chicken and vegetables.
