Haveli is always a good choice for a curry.

I never received a confirmation from the restaurant, and when I called them to check status, they said the food is on the way. It's an hour later, and the food still isn't here. It's 45 minutes later than their seemless delivery time said.

Delivery took over an hour. Chicken Tikka was tasty, but way too small to warrant $15. And the Chana Saag was bland and sauceless.

The delivery was quick (within 25-30 minutes). The Vindaloo was nice and spicy (though not ridiculously spicy, which is a good thing in my opinion). It had far from enough chicken in it, though. When I'm paying ~$25 for a dish including rayta, chutney and naan (which were all fine, by the way) I'm expecting more. Unfortunately my wife never tried her dish since it contained a long, black hair. Obviously totally unacceptable.

We enjoy most of the Indian food in this neighborhood, but Haveli was terrible. The food was cold when it arrived, and they messed up the order. Totally not worth it.

Service sucks. Took them nearly 30 minutes to just 'get the order' due to its fax machine being down. Order took over 75 minutes to arrive, when quoted time was 30-45 minutes. If you actually want your food, don't order from here.

One of the rare times that the food arrived as tasty and fresh as it does in the restaurant. Delicious!

I've been eating at Haveli since it opened about twenty years ago. It's had its ups and downs, but always is among the best in the neighborhood. Right now, based on the past few months, I'd say it's on a down cycle. Just kind of mediocre, a lot of sameness to the flavors among the dishes. Vegetables, though, are very well prepared, not overcooked. I don't think this restaurant really does well with delivery orders...better to eat at the restaurant.

Delivery took well over an hour to arrive and food was warm at best. Called twice to complain but just got a run around speech that they're busy and it happens.

By far, the best Indian/Pakistani restaurant in the city. They use high quality meats and the sauces are excellent. Perhaps the best naan I have had in NY. I definitely think you should give it a try - I strongly suspect you will be pleasantly surprised.
