The food was fine- not good. Pad Thai was greasier than most.

Sigh, the search for good thai in the LES continues. I've been ordering from here pretty often because it seemed like at least they gave you what they promised. But no - today I spent almost $40 on food. The Larg Gai is watery and tasteless. The ginger chicken is fine, not very flavorful. The meat dumplings had chewy bits of muscle and a bit of bone. But the kicker is that I order Pad Kee Mao - aka Drunken noodles, which claims to be "broad noodles, onions, tomatoes in spicy basil chili sauce". The noodles I received were in a dark soy sauce, very sweet, not spicy, and not a tomato to be found. I figured they gave me the Pad See Yu (especially since I have the Pad Kee Mao EVERY time I order and so know what it tastes like). I called, the number on seamless is obviously to their fax line. I looked them up online, found their real number, called. And basically the woman on the phone told me that I definitely received the right order and that "they must have added sugar". When I asked why there were no tomatoes and it was in a dark soy sauce, she said "next time tell them you want it spicy with tomatoes!" which is... exactly what the description of the item is? So why would I tell them that? I politely told the woman that there wouldn't be a next time because I wasn't going to be able to eat this dish and would not order from them again. "Ok" she says, and hangs up. All I want is to eat food that bears a passing resemblance to what I ordered! Avoid this place if you remotely care about that.

Under new management, and sadly has gone downhill. Used to be the best Thai delivery in the area, the anchovy fried rice was surprisingly good. But our last coupe orders were haphazardly thrown together and the food very bland and one-note. Bummer.

Pad Thai wasn't the best but it was satisfying. On the other hand, the vegetable dumplings were inedible. Tasted like raw dough yuck!

Good clean tasty thai food, several notches above regular take-out.

Solid, modern Thai in the LES and it's inexpensive.

I've ordered from here a few times. Normally I get the Pad Kee Mow and it's fine but today I ordered the tofu tod and the papaya salad. The tofu was fine but the papaya salad was inedible. It smelled awful and all of the vegetables looked dirty. I've had a papaya salad at many places (it's my fave salad) and this was disgusting. on the plus side, delivery is always quick i am now questioning the quality of food though.

They change the zoning when they want to and will just cancel your order. I'm really displeased.

Fast delivery and large portion size--received 3/4ths full of large plastic cylinder container of green curry. Good flavor but a little heavy on the fish sauce and smelled a little weird.

Terrible. I expected the food to be mediocre, but it wasn't even that good. Worse, they were somehow out of flat noodles, so they substituted thin noodles. and they were somehow out of summer rolls, and substituted spring rolls. The online system said that the food would be ready in 20 min, but when I arrived to pick it up a little past 20 minutes, they clearly hadn't even begun to prepare the order. Bad food, worse service. I will not be going back.

Quick delivery. Very meticulous, and great food. The restaurant itself is also a nice experience with friendly people, and I saw the chef peeking at me to see if I liked it. I gave her thumbs up and she smiled :)

Ordered food and received a confirmation e-mail saying delivery time 30-45 minutes. 70 minutes later, I call them to ask where my food is. They said they never received the order and that orders just get lost sometimes. Sorry, but you've now lost my business.
