Highlands Cafe Restaurant

Lacking in service. For me, this place has repeatedly gotten condiments wrong: does not bring salt and pepper, brings ketchup when explicitly asked not to, does not bring hot sause when explicitly asked to. I've tried breakfast delivery at least 4 times. Now, I have officially given up on this place. FYI, I have also eaten there in person and found service to be exceptionally poor. I guess with a great location, you can get away with it.

Ordered a salad and it had more stuff that wasn't listed than was, I couldn't even eat it due to food allergies. The only reason why I gave it two stars is because of the super fast delivery.

Delivery was on time and food was packaged well. Cobb salad was nice and fresh, with especially tasty chicken. Potato skins are not so good - very burned on the outside and as if boiled on the inside. I'd order again, sans the skins.

Fried chicken and fries were delicious. Wings ok. Chicken tenders horrible. Onion rings soggy and gross. Depends entirely on what you order.

better than a lot of other diners on the ues. food is always fresh and yummy. delivery is good too. very happy they finally joined seamless.

The WORST! The Apple and Walnut salad is a bad Greek salad with a few apple slices and walnuts tossed in. When I called to complain that I am allergic to cucumbers and hate onion, peppers, that type of olives (olives and apples?!) and sliced beefsteak tomatoes, they told me ALL SALADS get everything (meaning all salads are a disgusting Greek salad), plus the additional ingredients listed for that salad. Even the lettuce was inedible and made me gag. It was really that bad and they were incredibly rude. The carrot cake was cheap and stale and had some weird jelly inside with the frosting. It was something you could get on the shelf at Gristedes. I tried to offer ways to make the situation work but they weren't interested in sending me a different salad without food I am ALLERGIC to. I wish I hadn't ordered from there. The only things I can say positively are that they were fast and the chicken on the salad was still warm (just cooked) and tasted OK. But the rest was inexcusable and went in the trash.
