I love hot and crusty pastries, however when I ordered online they got my order wrong

I ordered a grill cheese and a slice of cake for delivery. The grill cheese was rubbery, and the cake was dry and somewhat crusty. Will not order from here again.

Ordered a large salad, the container arrived barely half full, after they had called to tell me they didn't have the greens I wanted. The salad was supposed to come with bread and didn't.

My order was submitted at 10:25 PM. It was estimated to arrive in 15-30 minutes. It did not come until Midnight. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Well, the delivery took way too long. It was unbearable and I was so hungry. Then, the food came and the guy called me twice! and he was mad!!!! but after that i finally got to eat! the smoothie was ok but large so i enjoyed that. the sandwiches were soggy but good when salt was added. Ketchup was on half of one of the sandwiches which was weird. probs not gonna do dis again. hadasright

Indicated delivery time is BS. Says 15-30 min... still waiting 1 hour 20 min later. Called and they said it was going to take a while longer. Pathetic.

Don't belive the 15-30 minute delivery time! And check your food. I got a turkey panini with no turkey in it!

Honestly, the food here is awful - we're talking pizza with like three flakes of cheese and deserts tasting of chemicals - but it's very fast. Fast enough that I've ordered a couple of times. If you need it to be carbon-based in a hurry, this is the place for you.

Asked for 3 toasted bagels with scallion cream cheese and a slice of tomato in each bagel. Received 3 non-toasted bagels with no tomato. Called to see if they could fix the order, got rejected because the guy didn't want to re-make the order. Will NEVER order from this place again. No sense of customer service!

This place is such a joke. Not really sure why we gave them so many chances. The first time we ordered from them,delivery time was supposed to be 15 to 30 minutes. The food showed up an hour and a half later and our "create your own salads" were not even close to what we ordered. Our second order was pretty much the same. Today, I just got off the phone with them (45 minutes after my 15-30 minute delivery time) and they say they never got the order. Please do not order from this dump. It's the most poorly run place I have ever tried to order from.
