Abitino's Pizza & Italian Kitchen (8th/56th)

Several of the ingredients I asked for were missing from my salad. Though it tasted fine, I would've liked what I had paid for. If you're ordering salad - try somewhere else.

Great! Delicious! But get the salad dressing on the side or you'll have a soggy salad when it arrives.

food shwos up late, and spilled inthe bag, stained the cloth i set it down on, called and complained she insisted they send another order, which did come fast, but said they needed the old food back, so i had to hand them my garbage sack, then they said it was no charge and wow look at there, I got charged. food was good, but for sure not worth all this hassle

I think this place has great food, and huge portions. That said, EVERY time I order from them, they're out of something that I've ordered. It's not like I order weird things, either. Once it was diet coke; another time is was linguine; another time it was cheesecake. It's never the main dish--it's always one of the extras/sides, but still--it's like clockwork. I place my order, and 10 minutes later the phone rings, and some guy is apologizing for not being able to complete my order and asking whether he can substitute __________. Ugh. I love you Abitino's, but stock up on your menu items!

The pasta is pretty good, and a good value (big bowl for not too much money). Their garlic bread is very good. Delivery says 30-45 minutes, but it has arrived much faster than that each time I've ordered so far.
