Aroma31 Restaurant

I'm rating on my most recent experience. I've ordered from Aroma31 about five times. The most recent order took over an hour, the portions were half the size, and the food was DISGUSTING. I called to complain and they were almost completely unapologetic. They offered me a free meal, but only if I came to the restaurant. I was able to get the disgusting food comped by Seamless, but I threw it out. It was inedible even when it was free.

My experience with Aroma31 was rather disastrous. They have not updated their menu on Seamless to correspond to what they are currently offering. I ended up having to call the restaurant and order over the phone. Then, I was charged the higher price of what I had originally ordered rather than the replacement. I was also disappointed that the dessert I had ordered was not included after waiting over two hours to finally straighten everything out. I had high hopes for this new Astoria addition, and I hope that the experience is better when dining there in person.

Maybe the food is good, but after an hour and a half of waiting I called the place and they said they delivered it. Meanwhile I had no food, when I insisted that in fact I had not received my food he informed me that the driver had been at my house, ringing my doorbell and calling me for forty five minutes. Meanwhile I had been in my appt. the whole time, and my doorbell and buzzer both work, when I informed them that I do not live in a house, but rather an appt. so they were clearly at the wrong place I was briskly told that they could not waste an hour on one delivery. Don't bother ordering, I was looking forward to the pork belly sandwich but the poor delivery and service just makes this place not worth trying.
