It's been an hour and 15 minutes and I'm still waiting. They didn't answer their phone on the first two tries, then when I finally reached someone, they told me they received multiple orders at the same time. Well, of course, it's dinner time! UPDATE -- it finally arrived, an hour and 25 minutes after I ordered. Just noticed, they gave me white rice instead of the brown rice I paid extra for.

Ordered food, and did not get the side of rice that was supposed to come with it. Also, portions are too small considering the price. Finally, ordered an item that they did not have.

Ordered the kimchi stew, which was passable. The kimchi pancakes I ordered were SO horrible - I wanted to call and ask for a refund. The worst, most horribly cooked version of kimchi pancakes I've ever had - undercooked, flabby kimchi, unpleasant taste, etc. The texture was so unpalatable, I threw the entire thing out. I'm a decent Korean cook, but anyone can cook decent kimchi pancakes, except apparently, this amateur establishment.

Food is fine for mediocre Korean food - which is what Koreans sometimes need to tide them over. But is this a joke? It took over 1.5 hours for delivery?

it's been an hour and twenty and my food is still no where to be seen... called them 10 minutes ago, and they said it would be another twenty minutes! unless you wait all day at home for food, don't even bother... hope the food's at least good.. but based on the fact that the food left kitchen 20 minutes ago, i doubt it would still be hot on arrival...
