Over $20 for 2 measly portions and so-so food. Not a good deal.

I've ordered from Bao's a few time. I do pickup since I live so close by and like most pickup orders, food is prepared by the time I get there. Since Bao's so close I continue to make the offense and order from them. I think I am officially over with ordering from Bao's. I usually order their sandwiches and they are pretty mediocre. It fills you but if you're interested in enjoying your food it's very lackluster. Maybe one day I'll try dining and see if the food's better but ordering is not out of the question.

Four to five star food, negative ten star service. Love the chicken sandwich - crisp baguette, juicy chicken, and a spicy sauce. Taro fries were probably delicious before they got all soggy in delivery. Unfortunately these guys don't know how to get an order delivered on time. 45 minutes after ordering I called and was told to expect my food in 5-10 minutes. 20 minutes later I called again and they said it would be there in 3 minutes. 10 minutes later I called them and they said they would look into it. I never got a call back but the food arrived about 10 minutes later, 1 1/2 hours after I ordered it.

My 3-star review is based on ordering pho (and my husband ordered another kind of noodle soup) and that should be a good lesson to myself... this is not the kind of dish one should order for delivery. It does not travel well. As far as the other dishes though, we have eaten at the restaurant many times and the food is delicious! Try one of the curries or stir-fry dishes instead and skip the noodle soup. Just my opinion.

thought very little of it; threw most of it in the trash - waste of thirty bucks frankly.

They took an hour and a half minutes to deliver my food. I had to call them, and when I did they said they were at that moment packing up my order--which arrived cold. No apologies.

Horrendous delivery habits that involve 2+ hour waits. Do not bother.

Food is great, but they've been out of the Lollipop Chicken the last two or three times I've ordered. It's a testament to how good they are; but, it's a bit frustrating. Four stars if I hadn't run into this issue multiple times.

Spend more money on the flavor and quality of menu items and less on packaging and fanciness, not tasty enough for vietnamese. punctual and after all, nice packaging

I love this restaurant, in all honesty, I only ever order the spicy beef noodles which are yummy. Service is pleasant.

Ordered the worst Banh Mis ever. Who soaks the bread in soy sauce? Disgusting.
