Order took 3 hours to arrive. Obviously furiously eating something else by the time they arrived at 11pm (we ordered at 8pm.) It's seriously not funny Eddie Huang - you boast so much about being a restaurateur, but yet your restaurant lacks the first basic idea of delivery food on time. I can definitely do without this on my palette. Called them about ten to twelve times during those three hours and no calls were picked up. We called seamless and inquired about the problem as well. Just when we thought we'll forget about it, the food arrived it was rock solid and too cold to consume. After heating it up the meat in the buns were tougher than you could imagine. Inedible to say the least. If I could give them zero stars I really would.

we had to make two phone calls and waited for our order over and hour and was not impressed by the quality of food we were presented with. It looked absolutely lousy, there was hardly any minced pork on my rice. We were basically eating white rice. plain white, hard rock rice. nope. never again. they also managed to forget utensils and the food was cold.

Let me start by saying that the food was great and the prices were fair. Now to why this received a 1 star. I placed my order only to be told half an hour later that they were never open and the food will be ready in another half an hour. I said I was fine with that. 45 MINUTES later with no call from them whatsoever, I had to call them back and not only was one my items not available, they told me it would take another half an hour! Look, I understand glitches in the system, I understand delivery delays, I understand that sometimes items aren't available, but all three?! And little to no proper notification?! Why couldn't they have told me about the missing item before hand? Why couldn't they give a more accurate estimation? Why couldn't they have called me when they were not going to deliver on that estimation? They tried to compensate me by "throwing something extra" and guess what, it was two sodas. Thanks... but I didn't even want any. So for that awful, traumatic experience, I am giving them this rating. And I will also never order from this place ever again.

Food is amazing but delivery is, as the others below have related, TERRIBLE. Cold, jumbled together in the take-out box, and very little actual meat in my rice bowl. What was there tasted amazing. They just clearly cannot deliver, which is a mystery given how many restaurants in this city can.

I definitely think these guys are the best restaurant on seamless. Best food and great service. Had one issue one night with delivery, but they called me and let me know that it was going to be delayed. Every other experience has been great.

SLOW DELIVERY TIME. Took more than one hour to fulfill the delivery. If you don't mind waiting for at least one hour for your food delivery, then this is the restaurant for you. Otherwise, stay away from it at all costs.

it's took 45 minutes and bag were broken when received the food. The Taiwanese Beef noodle soup way too salty just like 80% in soy source and 20% in hot water, that's all. Fried Taro has salt allover the place way way too salty. Will never order from this restaurant again.

I ordered the Chairman Bao and Minced Port Stew Rice Bowl. The quality of the ingredient is evident - both were delicious. I did a pick up order and had no trouble with timing. Hopefully the delivery service is sorted out now.

Don't order from this place!!! I should have listened to the other reviews. The food took 1.5 hours to arrive and was completely stone cold. I had to ring them twice to find out where it was and the delivery guy gave us some lame story about his bike. It's a shame too because the food is really good.

As other reviewers note, they have severe issues with delivering in a timely fashion. In my case, a estimated time of 30-45 minutes became almost 2.5 hours before I finally cancelled the order.
