B.E.A.N.S. Chicken

The worst service. Told me I could not get my food for 2 hours. Said to cancel my order then -- you cannot do this obviously as it was already processed and is through my companies account. I had to waste my time at work waiting on hold for a seamless rep to help me. Such garbage. For the time wasted I could have gone out to eat.

the delivery was supposed to only be 30 to 45 minutes. it was over an hour. i ordered 2 chicken breasts, corn bread, mac and cheese, and a soda. quite possibly the worst meal i've ever eaten. the chicken was dry and old tasting. the only think drier and older tasting was the corn bread and mac n cheese. the corn bread was so stale and dry that it would break up into dusty crumbles. there was no moistness to it. the mac and cheese was burnt, cold, flavorless, and crunchy. it tasted like they made it earlier in the week, reheated it under a lamp, and sent it to me. i'm not a foodie nor am i tough customer. i eat anything i can get my hands on but i absolutely would not recommend this place. i don't even want to give it one star but i have to.

food was a bit cold, but I can't complain or expect more from a restaurant all the way on 23rd with me being in soho/ west side... delicious taste (chicken tenders)

food was delivered and they forgot our drink. we just called back to let them know, not really expecting to have our drinks replaced as they are quite far from our place. not only did they deliver us the drink, but they gave us the same order of food again and called us again to apologise. great customer service and most importantly great tasting food!

Ordered the 3-piece chicken with fries. My only gripe was that that they laid the chicken on the fries. Next time please put the chicken on the side. Other than that just a good chicken spot

I ordered the BBQ half a chicken and the chicken was nice a juicy. The BBQ sauce had a great kick to it. Corn on the cobb was fine. I took away 1 star as I wasn't a big fan of the corn bread, it just seemed a bit plain. Price was a great deal and I am a fan!!!
