Best Burgers & Shakes (36th St.)

This place is listed on Seamless but is apparently incapable of delivering food Seriously they just called me back and told me they aren't delivering.

Food was borderline ok, but showed up cold. The delivery guy brought food in a delivery.com bag instead of seamless, weird... Also called me and said my food was here. I asked him why he didn't come up and he said the door was closed. (Opening it was out of the question I guess?) I went down and he threw the bag at me and took off... Bleh...

I went out on a limb to order from this place, as I was craving a burger (and it's relatively close to my office)... and although they messed up my drink order, I have to say that the cheeseburger and fries is the best I've had in a very long time! The burger is delicious, and the fries are awesome! I will def. order again!

Ordered the burger, fries and milkshake meal and curly fries. The entire milkshake spilled in the bag, soaking the fries and burger. There was a container of ketchup inside the empty milkshake cup. The curly fries I ordered came as sweet potato fries. But then I guess that shouldn't matter because I couldn't salvage anything from the milkshake spill anyway.

ordered and paid for a cheeseburger and got a hamburger (which I requested as cooked Medium and arrived well) Also ordered a Root Beer and received a Coke? No attention to detail.

After one hour of waiting I called and they said the delivery person was on their way. After another half hour they gave me the same response. When the food arrived, I had the wrong burger and burnt fries. I called and they were unapologetic. I used to order from them all the time. Not quite sure what happened. Will never order from here again. I should've read the reviews.

The burger wasn't good. It was cold and raw. the only good thing was the chicken wings. Even the soda that i ordered was wrong, I ordered Coke and they brought me Pepsi.

Although I believe some people have had issues, I have been ordering from here for years thru their previous location. The spicy chicken sandwich is a staple in our office. 3 or 4 of us order it a couple of times a month and I've heard nothing but good things about it. With dozens of orders behind us I will keep ordering from here. Also, the normal delivery time to my office at 10th and 34th is about 30 minutes.

This place was just horrible. I'm not one to knock a food place with large orders. It's understandable if you miss a thing or two but our entire order was messed up. They never brought 3 of our salads. The two salads that came were all smashed and missing grilled chicken. One burger was missing mushrooms, the other was not a turkey burger, and the veggie burger was missing avocado and had a hair on it. Now once we saw a burger with a hair on it none of us wanted to even dare touch our food. I will say they reimbursed us $20 but that was less than the food that didn't even arrive. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Worst Milkshake i have ever had-- it was basically scooped ice cream in a cup i don't think they even used a blender- AVOID at all costs

The malt was good although not blended well. I did not get the mayo I asked for, the veggie burger was overcooked and greasy, and although I requested and paid for curly fries, I received old regular fries. So angry I paid for this horrible lunch.

Delivery took over an hour The topping I put for 1 dollar did not even come, milk shake is missing the lid, meat is the worst. I am sorry but you guys are the worst burgers.
