Better Burger - Chelsea

So far, the worst burger I have had in New York city.

Good burgers. When you order a larger burger, they just make it much wider than the bun which makes it difficult to eat. My burger was twice the with of the bun. If that doesn't bother you, you may enjoy. The side salad was very good and fresh.

vegetarian burgers are good. mediterranean salad is delicious too. sides are healthy and tasty. but, some of the items in their restaurant are not available on the better burger website and must be ordered through their 'josie's takeout' partner site instead which is inconvenient. they always separate the hot and cold items during delivery; and, their delivery service is fast.

Disgusting! The hamburger and the "french fries" are GROSS! Threw out most of it. The only decent thing was the guacamole, the ketchup and ice-tea!

Website said it would take 25 minutes, an hour and half later when i called them, the order hadnt even left! They kept me on hold for 10 minutes just to cancel it. Horrible!!!!!

The burger was dry and not flavorful. The fries were soggy and also lacked flavor. I would not order from them again.

Sides are small portions. Salads are fresh but I wish you could add a protein to the garden salad.
