Better Burger

Not very tasty. Also not a lot of food. Definitely go for another restarurant.

The quality of the food was good. I really liked the wheat bun. However, the burger was severely undercooked. I specified Medium Well. What I received was Rare.

The worst burger I've ever had in my life. OMG. Can not be worse. I give an one star for a Pepsi. (There was no Coke!) I usually hate it but I come to know that even Pepsi could be the best choice sometimes.

I asked for my burger well-done, it arrived medium-rare, burger/toppings were a soggy, cold mess. French fries were undercooked and also soggy. I always order from Bare Burger, so I thought I would branch out by ordering from Better Burger. The food I ordered from better burger was just straight up gross.

Food is delicious, but they seem to have idiots running the place. Time and again, they forget to include bread with the salad, and if you order fries, it's hit or miss if they include ketchup. When I order, I now have to write in the comments section: INCLUDE BREAD, INCLUDE KETCHUP. Very very frustrating.

Terrible! The burger was burnt to a crisp and they forgot the cheese. The fries where beyond soggy. It was partly my fault for ordering fast food delivery, but it was so terrible I literally had to throw it away.

It might have been better if it wasn't cold. Delivery took almost 90 minutes.

Asked for well done beef burger, got something closer to rare (plenty of pink). Bun was also pretty soggy. Soup had a lot of chicken and veggies though, not a half broth thing you'd usually get. Mashed potatoes was legit. Would have been 4-5 star if they got the burger right.

Terrible. Firstly delivery took over an hour (longer that the estimated) when it arrived the soda is in a cup (?!) and had pretty much emptied out in the bag. What was left was totally tasteless. Then I realise the fries are missing. So I phone them and am told they will be 10 mins, so we are at 30mins and I am still waiting. Eventually gave up and phoned back for a refund. Veggie burger was ok, bread bun is tiny. Take my advice and DO NOT order from this place!

Consistently good veggie soy burger. Fries are always soggy but what can you do? Love the smoothies!

the burger and fries came cold and even when I complained and got them to bring a new one, the fries were hot but the burger was just lukewarm and not tasty.
