I went to pick up my medium coffee that I had ordered. They gave me a small so I told them I ordered a medium - when they went to change my ordered, all they did was poor the small into a medium size cup, add ice, and a lot more milk. Clearly disappointed, I asked the man if he could add more coffee as well (since my coffee tasted like a glass of milk) and he said that he couldn't do that and added that the only difference between a small and medium coffee is more milk and ice. I was shocked and disappointed and will never go there again...just another expensive, rip-off NYC coffee place.
