Ordered from them and never got a confirmation email. Called to check and make sure they got the order and they told me (unapologetically) that their fax machine was broken and there wasn't anyone who could deliver so I needed to call seamless to get my order cancelled.

Food arrived cold, and late. What's worse, the containers looked like the delivery dude played demolition derby on Bushwick Ave. Tried to call restaurant, no one answered. Run. Run like hell.
