Broadway Gourmet

I am starting to get annoyed and can't continue ordering for this place, They almost always forget something. Sometimes its a sauce but mozzarella stick with no marinara is awful. Today they forgot to bring the watermelon that I added to my order so that i would reach the minimum for delivery. So they charged me 2.75 for watermelon and it never arrived. This is not the first time they have forgotten something, I've ordered drinks that have been completely forgotten or substituted for something I didn't order. This is ridiculous! I'd really like my 2.75 back!~

This place is a little inconsistent. I expected the Bistro Roast Beef to be a cold sandwich, but it was served hot & was unexpectedly excellent. So I ordered it again and they sent COLD roast beef with Russian dressing (instead of horseradish) which wasn't very good. The chicken salad with avocado on multi grain bread is very good, though they ruined it once by toasting the bread (which I didn't ask for.) The next time I ordered it they left off the avocado. And they don't always have items on the menu in stock. The food & service are just fair.

Horrible. Ordered pickup. 3AM. Was the only thing open near me. Got there 15 min later and it took another 20 min. They are SLOW... borderline rude... and the food was not good. My order was also missing items. The turkey sandwich was missing the arugula. The bread was old. Very little turkey on it. The bagel was old. The omelette looked like a scribbled up... well you get the picture. AVOID this PLACE!

Over an hour for 2 egg sandwiches and 2 coffees? This is my 5th time ordering from them (they are a door away) and their deliveries are consistently late.

fairly consistent on time for delivery; food generally OK...been disappointed lately by lack of following directions (dressing on side, etc) or leaving out ingredient(s) requested because they were out of stock and delivering item without calling to verify that still wanted without ingredient.

Terrible delivery. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering. Nice on the phone, sure, but it took over an hour and half to get to me and I'm less than ten minutes away by foot. The least they can do is change their estimated delivery time to 60-90/90-120 minutes.

Horrible customer service - can wait up to an hr for food and when you call to inquire about its where abouts, they ask you to cancel the order because delivery boy is too busy.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, I work right next door and they take over an hour to get here. They used to be great and I ordered from them everyday. When I call to check on my order, they hang up on me. By the time I have gotten my breakfast the food is cold and soggy. HORRIBLE.
