Don't get the "Cobb Salad" its Deli Mac coved in mayo with Deli meat and tomatoes not even close to a Cobb salad

The Turkey Avocado Sandwich is definitely the best item on the menu, and while the ingredients are simple, a perfect balance of flavor/texture differentiates it from an average sandwich. I'm very picky, and I highly recommend Brooklyn Standard as a go-to delivery spot in Williamsburg. My only complaint is the delivery fee; otherwise I'm a very happy customer!

The food is always good. However, I rarely ever get what I ordered. Why offer a "make it vegan" option if you are just going to put cheese on it anyway? Why have me select a flavor of Kombucha when I have NEVER received the flavor I select? I have had orders show up with just the drinks and not the sandwiches before, as well. Delivery is always fast and the food is always good. Maybe they are too busy rushing to get it to me to pay attention to what I actually ordered. I would gladly wait an extra five minutes for my food if you got it to me the way I had ordered it. And just a suggestion: add a tossed salad to your menu. Not everyone wants chips or mayonnaise-laden salads with their sandwich.

This is a great place!! Awesome food....however, you should know that their seamless page a) doesn't have all of the awesome things their store has b) often has things posted that they don't actually have.

This place is always a bad experience. Every time I order, they call to tell me they are sold out of at least 50% of my order. Today they cancelled my order because 3 of the 4 things I ordered were sold out and then told me they would not deliver the remaining item because I no longer met their deliver fee. Horrible customer experience, I would avoid this place until they learn how to effectively manage their business.

So, their "Cobb Salad" is not a salad, nor is it in any way a Cobb. It is instead, cold macaroni with pieces of cheese and cherry tomatoes. No egg, no bacon, no avocado, no blue cheese -- all the things that define a Cobb salad. The vegan cowboy cookie was like dry wall. I honestly couldn't muster enough saliva to choke it down. The vegan bahn mi was decent, but a little dry. I'm sure there are some good things on the menu, but I think I'd have to be there in person to see the food and ask LOTS of questions. Ordering from their online menu is a gamble and was totally disappointing.

The food at this place is really, really good! Why two stars? They charge you a delivery fee of $2 that no one else charges. On top of that, there's tip and taxes. Ordering a $6.50 sandwich and a soda comes out to almost $16 when you apply all of their rules. I would order a lot more if they took out that charge.

The food can be good - the veggie-only stuff is pretty awful - but there's no way I'm waiting 2 hours for a sandwich ever again, especially after paying a delivery fee and still not getting my entire order.

Order arrived after 1 hour 15 minutes, cold. Since my location could be an issue (Between the Lorimer and Bedford L stops), I would recommend only ordering cold sandwiches/beverages if you are similarly located.
