they were almost an hour late in delivering the food, when it finally arrived, the omelet I ordered was watery and the the home fires were watery too. when I asked for turkey I thought they were putting turkey sausage but they put turkey slices in the omelet, GROSS all around.

the food never came, after an hour I called and she said it would come soon, they were making it (half sandwich and soup). 30 min later she called to let me know they didnt have the fruit for the smoothie and asked if I wanted to substitue for something else. I told them not to bother that I had to leave before they could get here.

this place is THE WORST - 15-30 min estimated delivery time, showed up over an hour later, and couldn't get through to the restaurant over the phone for the entire wait time. my order came wrong, with butter spilling everywhere, and my "omelet" is basically broccoli, onions, and old grill smell. no eggs, no cheese, with water pouring out. TERRIBLE.

Ordered pancakes with scrambled eggs, the eggs were not delivered. In addition, I ordered tea with milk and sugar and there was absolutely no sugar in the tea. The banana pancakes were ice cold and hard as a rock. When I called up to argue with the guy about the order he barely spoke English so I ended up just hanging up because I didn't feel like screaming all over my office. It also took 45 minutes to deliver when they said it would only take 15. I will NEVER order from here again.

Please be aware that regardless of how long the wait time on Seamless Web reads, it will take at least 45 minutes for them to deliver, regardless of where you live. I live around the block and it takes sometimes an hour. When I call, they lie and say it's on the way.

I ordered an omelette with ham, cheese, tomatoes and onions...I had to pay extra for the ham, which I was ok with. When I came, it only had tomatoes and cheese. I called and let them know that they did not get my order correct and the people argued with me. They asked the cook who swore that he put everything in there and when I told them that I had cut through and checked and there was no ham, they continued to not believe me and stick with their story that they put the ham in. They did nothing to try to rectify the situation and absolutely no customer service. I see now that they appear to be closed and no wonder!

Worse place to order. got a blueberry bagel when i ordered a pumpernickle bagel. special instructions are always ignored. unless you want something completely random for your meal i would suggest staying away from this place.

If you want your food anytime in the promised window, order elsewhere. Couldn't tell you how good the food actually is (I refused the delivery after getting another order placed and delivered from another restaurant before Brown Cup's guy even showed up) but I know I won't ever order from them again.

Had never had food from Brown Cup before but always heard good things. I was craving breakfast majorly this Friday morning so I gave this place a shot -- the prices were SO reasonable for a large amount of food. Well I guess that's usually a good indicator of quality: the omelet I ordered was not good at all nor were the homefries or toast that came with it (which are both pretty hard to screw up!) All the food was bland and lukewarm but the omelet was definitely the worst part of it all... it was a tasteless, cold sheet of egg with barely any cheese in it. yuck. Only plus was that it came quickly... and my friends egg sandwich on a croissant looked not half bad.

Brown Cup is my go-to for work lunch. Design your own salad ingredients are always crisp and fresh. Love the "God-Father Sandwich", even though it used to come with a lot more ingredients, the combo of the rare roast beef, slaw, and horseradish spread leaves me salivating until delivery. Delivery is usually prompt.

Great great food and service. I love their soup choices, I just wish they didn't run out so quickly! The salad bar is cheap and well stocked. The sandwiches are excellent and I love the bread they are served on.
