Ugh! The food here was disgusting. Ordered mozzarella sticks and a BBQ chicken pizza. The mozzarella sticks were 1) underdone and 2) ice cold when we got them. The BBQ chicken pizza simply didn't taste good. It was soggy, the BBQ sauce wasn't good and the chicken pieces were overdone. Won't be ordering from here again.

delivery was timely, but the food was terrible. Onion rings were a soft, sloppy mess and the cheesesteak tasted like a Steak-Um. Won't be ordering from here again.

This place was so rude. First they took over an hour to deliver the food then when we got our food the bags were torn and everything feel out. then they got our order wrong and the food was uncooked and frozen. We ordered chicken tenders they sent buffalo wings which were not cooked. We ordered fries they sent us fries with marinara sauce and cheese on them the fries were not cooked either. and they sent us a frozen soda dont ever plan on ordering here ever again

No stars. If you enjoy ordering food and not having it delivered, this is the place for you. I ordered from Capitol Pizza, at 4:45. 6pm rolls around with no sign of a delivery, at which time I call the restaurant. I speak with a manager who puts me on hold....holding, holding, holding, disconnected. Then, good news, I get a call from the delivery driver to get my address--the address which was clearly defined in the order summary. I, again, clearly describe my location, including cross streets and other relevant landmarks, to which he responds with an "okay, I wil be there in five minutes". 10 minutes rolls around; I call..."I will be there in three minutes" replies the delivery driver. 15 additional minutes, still no sign. I finally call the restaurant to cancel my order and am assured that it will be cancelled. There is no refund to be found on my credit card statement, and if they deliver refunds in the same fashion they do their food, I have no reason to believe that one will be received. So again, if you enjoy ordering food only to not have it delivered, I encourage you to choose Capitol Pizza. Otherwise, steer clear.
