Carl's Steaks - Philly Cheesesteaks

Delivery man called downstairs and refused to deliver to business on 5th floor (elevator building); wanted me to come downstairs. He said "I don't have time". Food was ice cold and requests not done. Also order was wrong (chip type substituted). Called and they were also rude on the phone!

Pretty good sandwich.. 99 miles way better. The cheese bacon fries are terrible . They took 4 slabs of sloppy soft bacon and put it on top of fries with cheese ....... Yea , my Sunday fat day was like working ... Good sandwich tho

Who could ever hate delicious, made-to-order Philly cheesesteaks. Their fries and onion rings are always crisp, even late not. They're open late and the food doesn't suffer from it at all like some other places where late night food is just leftover from earlier. They make everything fresh and its clear by the quality.

I would give them "zero" stars but I couldn't leave a comment without one. I cannot judge the food although it doesn't look good (and tastes bad cold). They delivered the food on time, I guess the one star if for delivery. Since they don't individually pack group orders, my coworkers confused my sandwich and bacon fries as the "extras" and ate half of both. When I called to complain about the items not being properly packed and labeled, I was told they simply don't do that because they are busy. EVERYBODY DOES THIS. I never had an issue like this in years. Being busy is simply an excuse. Too bad, I won't be ordering from them again.

Just called the restaurant about my delivery, Unless you have two hours to wait, don't order from this place. Steak-um, onions and peppers will get you what this place may deliver.

TERRIBLE. The food was delivered three hours after I ordered (with a 30 minute expected delivery time). The staff was incredibly rude on the phone (when they chose to leave the phone connected to line). Worst experience on seamless.

I've ordered here for years from several locations and I've never had any problems with delivery. Carl's is still the best cheesesteak I've had from seamless.

VERY disappointed. I used to live near Carl's and ordered from them all the time. So I was excited when I was somewhere in their delivery area for dinner. However, the delivery took 1.5 hours (estimated was 30-45 minutes), the food arrived cold, and parts of the order were incorrect. Carl's cheesesteaks are delicious fresh right off the fryer...not so delicious when cold and on soggy bread. Guess I will stick to visiting in person when in the neighborhood.

food's good...if it ever shows up. time estimates don't mean anything, and then if you call to find out where your food is it apparently comes to you COLD and flattened, like the delivery guy used your cheesesteak as a bike seat.

delicious sandwiches, but order was incorrect and delivery finally showed up an hour and twenty minutes after we ordered -- estimated time was 45 to 60 minutes. terribly rude customer service; woman I talked to hung up on me after "explaining" that the estimated delivery time starts "after we start making the order. and we're very busy."

awful. will NEVER order again from this place. the delivery was fine, the guy was actually really nice. the food was disgusting. i ordered the steak in a plate... well i was sick for two days, couldn't hold any food down. be careful ordering. shame on being known for something you can't even send fresh or perfect.
