Took over 1 hour. Chicken with rice was more like rice with chicken bones. Much better food at the restaurant.

Chicken was not completely cooked. Delivery man delivered food that was dripping everywhere. I had a lot of clean up before I could even eat.

I ordered the ropa vieja. it was okay; the beef was tough and it seemed overly salted. I may order from here again, but probably not this dish.

The delivery time was fast. One item I order was not available and instead of calling me to ask what I would like in substitution the kitchen staff to made the decision for me. The roast pork was not the best but the rice and beans were decent. I order the yuca with mojo but was given the yuca croquettes which were oily. First and last time I order from them.

We ordered and our food was delivered in 20 minutes. The food was hot and delicious. We ordered sausage empanada, yuka fires, fried pork chunks and shredded beef stew. Loved it.

I have ordered food from here even before Seamless web and have always had a good experience. My only issue has been that they don't deliver their cuban coffee because of the risk of spills. My favourite is Pernil Asado - in my view, it is the best version of Pernil Asado of all the Cuban places that deliver to my address.

The food isn't worth one star! My entire meal was cold and to be honest, I could only eat one bite before I had to throw it out. Worst seemless web order ever!

The food is usually very tasty, and you get a lot for a good price. However, the customer service leaves something to be desired. I had an order arrive with a shake that had exploded all over everything. Also, a plate of rice and beans had come open and spilled out. When I called to ask that they send us a fresh shake and order of rice and beans, they said it would take 2 hours and wasn't an option. She offered a store credit, but that becomes complicated if you order over Seamless Web, especially if you use a corporate account. Finally, they always forget to include utensils. Overall, love the food and the price, but be prepared to deal with problems.

These guys should not be on seamlessweb... they are not set up for delivery. The last 3 orders with them resulted in my needing to cancel the whole thing... once they just flaked on my order and when I called an hour later, said it would take another hour to fill it. Then the last 2 times, they were missing items on their menu and couldn't refund just the missing item, so had to get Seamlessweb to reverse the charge even though they delivered nothing. The food is pretty good and the prices are decent, it's just not worth the hassle of delivery and really, they're not into it either, so why bother?
