Catador

The restaurant called me and let me know immediately after my order that they had just run out of rotisserie chickens. However they offered to replace the rotisserie chicken with any other chicken item on the menu (the other items were double the price but they didn't charge any extra). They were very courteous, delivered promptly and the meal was really good.

Decent food but way overpriced for what you get. Like another reviewer stated the ceviche for $14 was a joke, order the same thing for the same price from Chimu and you get an amazing ceviche plate with fish crab and more... here you get about 4 bites of food.

This restaurant is god awful and the people running it should be ashamed of themselves. I am completely confused by the two 5-star ratings it has so far received. Must have been the owners. I ordered a rotisserie chicken and an order of ceviche. The chicken was just flavorless and dry. But then, the ceviche was where I was really offended: it cost $14, it was tiny, and the fish was cut into long, wide slices, each bigger than a mouthful so that you're just biting into this chunk of heavily sauced raw fish. It did not have any of the citrus and tangy qualities of your standard ceviche and there was enough acid to even slightly soften the fish. Plus it was warm from the chicken that came in the same bag. I mean, absolutely gross.

I ordered a chicken and vegetable empanada and the ensalada exotica. the delivery took a little longer than anticipated but the guy apologized and said they were busy. Once I took a bite of food I realized why. The empanadas were amazing and a good size for the price. The salad was equally amazing but I couldn't even finish it. :(
