Been ordering from Chef 28 since the late 90's order the phone! Now, with SeamlessWeb I can enjoy their excellently prepared food at least twice a week at my office. It is a pity they don't have their Chinese menu up here yet, but it's their Japanese that I like. The sushi is always fresh. The real deal, though, is their lunche combos. You get a TON of food. All the Teriyaki's are delicious and with plenty of sauce - my fave is the Teriyaki Shrimp Lunch; the shrip are slightly crisp seared and then with the sauce drizzled on them with care. And, a true sign of good quality...the shrimp are huge, not tiny little frozen food section bag type. Please give this restaurant a try. The quality and quantity are unheard of for NYC in my humble opinion. Oh, and food arrives quick and easy, every time.

I have to agree. I was really excited to see Chef 28 had joined Seamless Web, but disappointed to see only the sushi menu available. Still their food is top rate and our favorite place chinese place in the neighborhood.
