Chevy`s Fresh Mex

Delivery took almost 2 hours. Called and each time was told that the food was on the way. Arrived cold and tasteless. Called to speak with manager and he said sorry we are busy. Take it up with seamless and hung up. Wow!!!!

Great service until now....tonight I ordered a $5 container of guacamole and it didnt show up in my bag. It was already 10 pm when it arrived (because deilvery took 55 instead of 25 - 40 min to get here) and the guy already left so I'm not waiting another 45 muinutes for it to come back. What the heck guys??

Every time I order from this restaurant i receive a different amount of chips and salsa. On this last order I specifically asked for extra salsa (where i usually get a 1/2 pint) and i got a small side with a small bag of chips. This order is supposed to feed 6 people and it was barely enough for just me!

I've ordered from Chevy's on SW 3 times, each time waiting 11/2-2hours to get my food, which was then cold.

The food was pretty good. It came warm-cool but the guy had a lot of deliveries, but they delivered in about 40 minutes, which isn't that bad. The packaging is pretty good, the food comes in the pieces they're supposed to. Their cornbread thinger is really good. No complaints but it wasn't nearly as spicy as I would have liked it to be. It infact wasn't spicy at all. Their red sauce was more flavourful than spicy, no complaints. I would probably order from here again. The The rice wasn't that good, but I got it with the sampler so no loss there.

The appetizer sampler did not include the items advertised on seamless web. When I called to ask about this, I was just told "oh, sorry". Very unsatisfactory and I won't be ordering from them again.
