I was so happy with these guys the first time around, but much less luck this time. Delivery was slow. I asked for the toast to come dry, no butter, and instead got two thin, squashed pieces of bread slathered in butter. And they charged me $1.50 extra for the oatmeal toppings, even though they're free according to the seamless order window. Hey, if you want to charge, ok, but then update your seamless account! At least they're relatively cheap, because this wasn't the best brunch I've had, that's for sure.

I have previously had good experiences with this restaurant but today was not one of them. I ordered an egg sandwich on a croissant (they charge an extra $1 for the croissant). I received my order fairly quickly, open the food and see that my sandwich is on a roll. I called and the gentleman on the phone immediately said they were out of croissants and almost hung up on me. I asked him why I didn't receive a phone call to ask me what I wanted (which every other restaurant I order from on seamless web does if I order something they don't have). He snapped at me and said that they were extremely busy, didn't have time for this, and he just made whatever he had. When I said I didn't want it, he told me, too bad, I made your order with what I had. I then asked if he still charged me the extra $1 for the croissant, he said yes! I told him that I wanted my money back and did not want the food. He told me he would call seamless web, have them remove the $1, then he hung up on me! I have ordered from City Market very often, but this was an unacceptable experience and the gentleman on the phone was beyond rude. I will not be ordering from here again.

Amazing! They were out of the SouthWest Chicken salad. The nice gentleman called me about one minute after I received the confirmation to tell me. He upgraded me to a Salmon salad for no added cost. Great food. Great service. Thank you very much!!

1 and half hour of waiting, I called twice they swore, the guy was on his way, I looked at the receipt and it was charged 5 minutes after my order was made. My food was sitting in their restaurant for over an hour. I ask the delivery guy how long it take him to get to the office, he said left the place 5 minutes ago. I called up the restaurant to make a complaint, the guy didn't even apologize for the extremely slow service..

City Market Cafe went above and beyond to get my order right. When there was an error, they were gracious and eager to correct the mistake. Our office will order from them again and again. The Salads were excellent, and the garlic knots addictive.
