Terrible restaurant do not order from here. They took forever and only delivered a portion of what I ordered. When I called asking for the remainder of my order they told me it would be delivered. The delivery man never showed.

The food is good, but the service is TERRIBLE. They do not employ very intelligent people at this place. If you don't mind your order to be incorrect - then go for it! I ordered something from the "hot pressed panini" section where it also states they are served with homemade bagel chips. 1st delivery - cold panini, no chips. 2nd delivery after calling and mentioning this - hot panini, no chips. Don't expect a correct order.

When the coffee and pastries arrive they are ok, but have to agree that they regularly have delivery issues - will take an hour before they call to say their delivery guy isn't in yet but should arrive any minute, and then he never does. They also frequently call to say that something I ordered isn't available.

Ordered lunch on a Sunday -- egg salad and OJ. Took them 45 minutes to call me and say they don't have OJ. Then another 10 minutes to deliver the sandwich which looked (and tasted) like it had just been pulled off a shelf and thrown into a bag. $15. Really?
