- Small portions (entree salad is really tiny) - Delivery to FiDi wasn't exactly "seamless" - Burgers are tasty though

Very poor service and given a 1 star for being unresponsive. I placed an order at 7:15PM and didn't get a confirmation until 8PM. When I called to ask the status of my order, I was told 'i had been meaning to call you, but it's going to be an hour and a half until delivery'. This is what I'm told after I placed my order over 45 minutes ago. It would have been no trouble at all for them to tell me that when I first placed the order. Please respect other people's time instead of expecting them to wait 2 hours and 15 minutes for a delivery.

Wings seem to have gotten smaller over the years but the sauce is on point and their burgers and home made potato chips are really great. We love spicy food and still only get the "HOT" grade of wing be forewarned.
