Earl's Court

My Earl's Original sandwich was pretty good and so was the potato salad so 4 stars for that. However, my girlfriend's salad was not made fresh and the "Apple Gorgonzola" did not have any Gorgonzola, so -2 stars.

Didn't have what I ordered initially and never got in touch with me. I waited 1 hr and called to check up on it to find out that the food had not even yet been made. Waited another 45 minutes to get the order.

Food is pretty good, but they're often out of what you order, and the delivery people are not only slow, but incompetent or liars - saying to me that he was in the building but didn't know what floor I was on. How does a delivery person not understand how apartment numbers work in NYC? I'll order again, so wish me luck.

I love the convenience and taste of Earl's. I know they opened to serve the FiDi lunch crowd, but living in FiDi, they are an excellent addition to the roster of FiDi food places. They make excellent sandwiches, superb soup, nice tidbits and desserts, and even decent sushi. The management is very attentive to customers, and you can really tell they are trying hard to establish themselves as a FiDi staple. Great place to grab a bite!!!

The food is good, but I ordered potato salad and they brought me coleslaw and they just didn't bring the drink I ordered. They also called me from downstairs to come get the food instead of coming up the elevator. So the food is good but delivery service is awful.
