The delivery was almost 30 minutes later than the latest estimated time and the food arrived cold. Probably the worst Japanese food I've ever had - and at nearly $40 - a real disappointment.

Teriyaki House used to do a much better job serving the bento boxes: first of all, the box itself was compartmentalized to separate chicken, salmon, rice and salad. Secondly, the food used to be always properly cooked. And there used to be plenty of teriyaki sauce, too. The last delivery was a disappointment, though: everything just piled together, food overcooked, and no sauce.

Ok food. They didn't have anything I ordered, but I only knew this because I called. They also forgot the dressing to my salad? Ohhh and the rock shrimp roll was uncooked? I just want to know how this happens???

Salmon used in sushi did not taste fresh. Containers and contents within came smushed. Will not be ordering from them again.

Food was good and sushi was fresh... spring rolls too small and greasy. Never got my salad with my order.

I ordered the Nabeyaki Noodle Soup, It seemed to say this was a seafood soup, the only seafood was imitation crab meat, no fish, no shrimp.

I only ordered a tuna roll and some mochi. Both were good. The green tea mochi was delicious. My only complaint is that the prepacked soy sauce they used was beyond salty and tasted horrible. It was kikkoman which i have had many times before (does soy sauce go bad?). I will definitely order from here again and just have my own soy sauce handy. I had my food in under 15 minutes and i ordered at lunch time.

Decent food--nothing spectacular but certainly good enough. Smaller portions than expected. For the price, a good option.
