Eats (Lexington Avenue)

Been over an hour 15 minutes and still have not received my food yet. Never wouldve ordered from them. Was giving them a 2nd shot because when I ate at the Restaurant, our meal was actually HORRIBLE. My 2nd opinion is that this restaurant is terrible and should close........... Food finally came about an hour 20 and it was freezing.

Just awful. Had to call twice and recite my order over the phone; food came late, food crushed and salad spilling out all over the bag. Worst Seamless experience ever. There are so many good options in the area; don't bother with this one.

I was so excited for the fried chicken sandwich, which would have been so good if there was fried chicken in it. Instead, Eats was nice enough to send me fried... dough (?) in the middle of soggy burned bread. Unfortunate.

Food arrived outside of the containers in the greasy paper bag. Turkey burger was mediocre at best. Brussel sprouts were tasteless and soggy. Not even worth trying.

These are the worst french fries I have ever tasted. The burger is nothing but 2 ordinary buns with an ordinary beef patty and a piece of ordinary cheap cheese -- with no sauce or any additional toppings.
