Food never came. I called the folks, and it seems like it's a problem with their delivery guy. I didn't have the option to come pick it up, so who knows if it's just lost or something.

We will stop ordering from here and suggest you never do. They CAN NOT get an order right. Out of the maybe 5 times we've ordered from them on seamless they have forgotten to include items we payed for every time. Run away!

I've previously had good food frmo El Rincon, but I have to downgrade them to two stars after my last order. Food took forever to get here and was totally smushed and cold.

I was so disappointed. When my veggie burrito arrived, it was more enchilada-like (sauce and cheese smothered on the outside). Normally I'd love that, but it was luke-warm, and flavorless. The veggies inside seemed to be from a frozen mixed-veggie, instead of fresh. The one great thing about the burrito was the guacamole, but that wasn't enough to save it. I also ordered coconut flan--the texture was gross (dried out), and it was too sweet but with no flavor.

The food is pretty good overall, but this delivery was the worst! The order was an hour old, so I called, and they said "10 minutes." 30 minutes later, they finally show up, but stay downstairs, refusing to come up, despite my overly generous tip I'd already paid. After a full day of travel, and a rainy and difficult return home, nothing says welcome home like a lazy delivery guy! If I ever order from these guys again, I won't be putting the tip in ahead of time.

Terrible! Ordered a delivery and it never showed up after 1 hour when it is supposed to be delivered in 15-30 mins! No call ...nothing
