Repeated screwed up orders and their line is busy 100% of the time. Try calling them. Seriously. There is nothing worse than having part of your order missing, and getting a partial refund that's too small to order anything with.

I understand that this a healthier place, but that doesn't mean that flavor should be sacrificed, and I'm not a high maintenance eater. I've never written a review before but this was really bad. Spinach was literally filled to the top of the delivery tray with water, soggy. Fries were obviously from a microwave, completely droopy. Thai chicken wrap was utterly flavorless. I'm sorry to be so harsh, but it was really, really, really bad. To be frank, it was disgusting.

I thought this place was going to be good but I was sorely mistaken. First, my order took and hour and 30 minutes to show up. Then when it did, the food was ice cold of course. I don't think I will order from there ever again.

I was excited to order the Bison burger but when I got it, I found that the meat was medium rare. I ordered it well-done so it was a downer. The Cajun fries that I had high hopes for ended up being seemingly store-bought fries from the freezer with a dash of "cajun" seasoning on them; in a word, upsetting. I won'r buy from this place again.

I was a good customer until my food started arriving late consistently. It would take an hour and half many times, and if I called to complain, it would only make thigns worse. They also got my order wrong many times, giving me the wrong drinks or food. I love the concept of Energy Kitchen and am a big fan of the food, but I will never order from this branch again. Terrible service.

Been ordering here almost everyday for the past few months with a bunch of other coworkers. The food options are all great, plenty of healthy steamed veggies, as well as lean meats. Also great price for the meals with two sides. Once in a while there are errors in the order and they get busy at lunch, but overall 5 stars. My favorite healthy option in NYC.

Black and Mango Salad was excellent, the peanut butter shake was just okay, the delivery dishes are a nice touch, very easy. The kitchen chopped salad was great.

One star short simply because delivery takes longer than necessary. Amazing food. Fresh and good for you! I just wish they had soup on the menu.

TOok way to long to bring food and Once divert person got her gave me the wrong order because they marked orders wrong. Then when I finally got my burger the Bottom Bun was Soaked because it was in his back pack upside-down. ... Wont be ordering from this place EVER again! ... Cheap Prices Cheap Service ....
