I have been to Original Ray's, Famous Ray's, The Original Ray's, Ray Bari, Not Ray's Pizza (Brooklyn) and am glad to say this Famous Original Ray's Pizza on Houston is a quality New York Pizza experience. I would not compare it to Grimaldi's, but this pizza is perfect on a late night after studying, or after drinking and bar hopping on the Lower East Side. Order a freshly made whole cheese pie and enjoy the well balanced cheese and sauce with friends. The pizza reheats well in the oven the next day on 400 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes.
