I normally do not write reviews no matter how unhappy I am, because everyone has an off day. However this place has angered me enough to WARN all those contemplating to order from this place. First of all, this place is actually called Pita Grill NOT Flacoz. It took them 1 hour and 30 mins to deliver my food. I called 1 hour into my order and I was told that the delivery man "just left 2-3 minutes" ago. I was courteous and patiently waited for another half hour. When my food finally arrived it was soggy, wet, cold and inedible. Maybe this was just bad luck, however I doubt it as this operation sounds shady. Not to mention, like the previous poster my total increased by $1.05 from what was quoted on Seamless and from what was shown on my receipt.

Flacoz platos used to arrive with way better presentation, last 2 times I ordered it looked much more like a uniform mass in a leaky plate!

Delivery Time was 30-45 minutes. Received my tacos in 1.5 hours. My hard tacos were soggy and soft by the time I received them.

When I received my order, the total had increased even though that was not what I agreed to on Seamless (not blaiming the site at all). Had I known Flacoz was going to alter 3 of the dollar amounts, I would've ordered elsewhere. The portions were large. The food was good but not great. I really enjoyed the fish taco. There could've been more seasoning on the meat (carne asada taco), the guacamole a little more cilantro & onion and more cheese as only 70% of the quesadilla was filled. Honestly, a smaller tortilla was the trick. The food was a bit bland for this style of food. There is hope though.

I really like their tacos - and I don't normally review anything. Chipotle chicken and pork on flour tortilla.

They never delivered my food simply because they didnt have my phone number. After waiting nearly 2 hours, they refused to deliver the food, charged me and were extremely rude. I would never order from them.

Extremely disappointed with food and service. Firstly the food came after 1 hr 1/2 hours!! I had specified that the food must be completely vegetarian in the instructions and it came with 2-3 pieces of meat mixed in it. Also i ordered my dish with poblano peppers and cheese, it came instead with zuccini and corn. Also the salsa roja was missing from the dish. I called the restaurant and they refused to admit to the mix up with the order and sent a person to check if i was telling the truth. I will never order at this place again.

I ordered the Fish tacos, they came COOOOLD and they weren't even tacos! it was a plate with all the ingredients in it, (burnt fish) but no tortilla! why call it a taco if it doesn't have a tortilla??) an hour and 40 minutes LATE! when I called, they offered no reason as to why they were late and didn't even bother calling to inform that it was going to be late. Never again.

Food arrived within the stated timeframe 30-45 min. But the food was cold and SOGGY. DRIPPY COLD SOGGY DISGUSTING. But that should be the worst of it; unfortunately it wasn't. I ordered a sample of a few tacos, a burrito and 2 quesadillas. The grilled chicken appears to be grade B meat. The steak was not just tough - it was HARD, like numerous times microwaved hard. It made me wonder hold old some of the food really was. I can not more strongly advise you to save your time and money. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

If you like your burrito to fall apart in your hand, this is the place for you. If you like to wait over an hour when the "delivery estimate" is 30 minutes, you are golden.
