The soup and 1/2 sandwich is more like 1/4 sandwich wrapped up in a lot of paper.

It took 40 minutes to get a large oatmeal delivered this morning. Confirmation stated it would be delivered in 10-20 minutes.

Not a fan of this place. I've ordered from it twice and twice I've had a problem. Today, they left out 2 ingredients in my salad (avocado & mozzarella- my favs) and when I called to tell them, they simply said, "we ran out. next time that happens, we'll call you." Also, I later found a little hair on the bottom of the container, gag. Aside from all of that, the food's average- nothing special.

Horrid. Delivery guy refused to come up to my apartment (in an elevator). Called me several times to tell me this, but did not speak a word of English. Called the restaurant to ask them what was happening, and they were hostile and confused. Worst delivery experience.

I am consistently dissapointed by this place. Today my food was delivered 60+ minutes after I ordered it. The bagel was soggy and the turkey bacon was not appealing; the eggs were ok. Bad experience after bad experience leads me to not order from Food Merchants again. -Steven
