The food is good, but delivery is a nightmare. As someone else said, it's a minimum of 1:30 for delivery. I've had many problems with them letting me know at the 1:30 point that they don't have something. Couldn't you have called me when you got the order? They have lost my order several times as well. They do ususally give you something extra if there is a problem, but please just get the order right and out faster!!

I don't really understand how this place has any sort of positive review at all. I ordered for delivery and an hour later they called me to tell me they were busy and that they couldn't even deliver it. How is it possible to not see an order for an hour and not give an update until then? And then why is the solution to at that point, once you've cleared effed up, to opt to cancel rather than trying to fix it by prioritizing the delivery? Terrible, poorly managed, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IF YOU WANT TO ACTUALLY EAT ANYTHING.

Order took over an hour and a half even when ordered at 11am! I will never order from here again - they are rude on the phone saying my order is sitting there ready to go but they dont have someone to deliver it - frightened about what is about to arrive - will order something else instead. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

orderd @ 1015 am for 11 am delivery. was told they dont do lunch until 11am. no prob i call 3x 1.5 hours later still not here. good thing the manager was about as rude as possible....NEVER AGAIN
