Good Health Tall Grass Burger & Grill

I have no idea why waiting 30 minutes for delivery is a problem for some people. I think that sounds very reasonable. If you want it quicker why not stop by and pick it up? I love this place. I know everything I order from here is going to be healthy. It is better than I can make in my own kitchen if I took the time to prepare a healthy wel balanced meal. I do get a little annoyed at times with the lack of diary in some things (like dessert), but overall I'm very happy. I figure if I want to eat junk food, high in fat, and loaded with bad carbs I can order from some place else. There's a reason this place is here and I wish there were more places like them around. The food is great. I have no problems with quality or flavor. I wish they would expand their burger menu to include Bison burger and a few other healthier alternatives to burgers (bedsides the veggie patty). Other than that I am very pleased. I will keep ordering from here as long as I can.

Burgers are way too small. Half the burger for full normal burger cost of $8.00. Tasty, but twice the cost if you think that you need two burgers if you are going to have a decent meal. Also, burger was so small that it was in 3 or four small pieces. It did not hold together during their cooking process. to thin and too small.

This is bland and overpriced for what you get. Also, they don't tell you that if you order bacon on a beef burger, it's going to be fake.

Soggy burgers, soggy fries had strange aftertaste, and the ketchup packets they sent were full of HFCS, odd for a "health food" restaurant (and makes you wonder what other crap is in their food). Will not be ordering again.

We've gotten from this location in the past and it was great, but this last order was lacking. We got two grass fed burgers (one big wave burger and one chipotle burger) which in the past were delicious and well prepared, but this time our 'medium rare' burgers came 'well done' and dry. They tasted old and frankly not worth the premium that one pays getting from Good Health. In the past I would have easily given this place a 4 or 5, but lately they've fallen off in freshness and taste.

I keep trying to like this place and it just isn't happening. My order took exactly 45 minutes (to the minute) to arrive. We had two sandwiches and the place is four blocks away. My tofu club was mushy tofu on weirdly sweet bread. It was gross. I'm done with this place.

I used to order from here and had really prompt delivery as well as good quality food. For the 2nd time in a row, my food is more than 30 minutes late. Not ordering from here again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! THEY DELIVERED MY FOOD TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS AND NEVER OFFERED TO BRING MY ORDER AFTER I ALREADY PAID FOR IT ON SEAMLESS. I CALLED THE LOCATION AND THEY SAID MAYBE THEY COULD TRY TO SEND US OUR ORDER AGAIN...MAYBE!??! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK!!

This was hands down the WORST take out experience I've ever had in the five years I have lived in NYC. I placed an order and being told it would arrive in 30-45. 45 minutes, and my food never came. After calling twice to see what happened, received my meal an hour and 15 minutes later. The food I received was freezing cold and the wrap I ordered was missing several ingredients. When I called the restaurant to complain, the woman who answered was extremely rude and after arguing with me and telling me that I was wrong and that the wrap was perfect, told me I would have to wait another 30-45 minutes to have a new meal delivered. I have never had such an appalling experience and I will NEVER be ordering from here again. I urge you not to either unless you want cold, pricey food and attitude from the staff.

Always fast and smiling delivery guys. Everything I've had here has been great, and I've ordered at least 1-2/week since I discovered them a few months ago. LOVE the chipotle-chicken soft tacos.

Delicious! About the only grass fed burger I managed to find for UES/Yorkville delivery and it was just what i was looking for- The Big Wave Burger is great. I'll definitely be ordering from here again
