Good burgers - But worst delivery ever! Extremely irresponsible customer service. I have given these guys a chance time and again - but my food never reached me before an hour (and I live 2 blocks from this place)

The trashiest food ever! The Burger was cold, the fries soggy and the milk-shake not delivered. Why the nasty review? Because this is the 2nd time this poorly run place has delivered unsafe food!

Horrible service on the phone. Delivery was two hours late and I am five blocks away. Wrong order (two plain bunless hot dogs?) instead of the chili cheese fries and cheese dog i paid for. Unsweetened ice tea when I specifically put in big letters I want sugar. How stupid and lazy are these people. Worst experience I've had with a restaurant in my entire life.

The food was really soggy by the time it was delivered. I also found it a little pricey for the amount of food, taste, and quality.

Love the food, but did not pay attention to the delivery time and delivered 3 hours early. Sent it back because of that, then they were late on the actual time. But overall the quality of food is wonderful.

The food, if you pick up in person, is great. However, I strongly encourage you not to order this online. My last order included a chicken sandwich, fries and "bottled soda". It took over an hour to arrive (from about 5 blocks away), and my "bottled soda" was a fountain soda that had completely spilled in the bag and completely saturated my entire order. On top of this, my sandwich contained mayo, which I specifically asked to exclude. Entire order ruined, after waiting for over an hour for it to arrive. Will not order again.

Pretty good burger but nothing spectacular. The cheese fries are good and they use actual cheese as opposed to the gross artificial cheese sauce that other restaurants use.
