These ribs were fantastic - "tropical" and "traditional" both were truly outstanding. The Malts - where else are you going to get this? Delivery technique had a learning curve but that's out of the way. Menu is limited but what's there is worth 10 stars. Indescribably delicious.

several issues: the hambigger came about one hour after ordering, the meat was cold, the bun was flimsy,and there were absolutely no condiments (no lettuce, tomato, or anything) we tried to call the restaurant to get a warm burger with routine condiments but the phone was always busy. the prices were way too high,even for new york standards not impressed with either type of fries either since i cant seem to get a hold of the restaurant, i will go there in person tomorrow in hopes of getting a refund for the burger

Really great food. Everything you can order is delicious. In addition, GREAT service. The owner is really trying to not just serve up a delicious feast, but also encourage great relationships with the locals and the neighborhood. My order was just slightly incomplete (due to a misunderstanding of my own - not the restaurant), and he immediately apologized and corrected it - no questions asked. Love "Grandma's House!"

Love this place! Had the baby back ribs and they are some of the best around. Every thing is so fresh and either made in the USA or sourced from local farmers People are very nice in there and this is a great neighborhood place and welcome addition to Lower Manhattan. Definitely check it out

Save your money and order elsewhere. Over cooked burger is dry and flavorless. Soggy under-cooked fries. No condiments. Tomato for the burger comes diced -- what am I supposed to do with that? Terrible experience. If i could give no stars I would
