Green Leaf Deli

If you're into waiting over an hour for your food from a restaurant 3 blocks away, and then getting the wrong food, this restaurant is for you! If you're also into getting into an argument and being told they delivered the right food, even though you can clearly see you ordered it right in the confirmation email, then this place is really for you!!

Although they were supposed to deliver in 15-30 minutes, after an hour I called and was treated poorly on the phone....the food was cold...really disappointed

Food is good, but they are SLOW for delivery. They also do not take instructions well. No matter what sandwich I have ordered, they always put cheddar on it...

Horrible customer service. I ordered a Chicken Souvlaki and received a sandwich with gyro (beef) meat. I called to ask for a new sandwich (very politely) and to let them know that I did not receive anything that had to do with chicken. I couldn't really understand the person I was talking to, but from what I made out he was going to send me a new sandwich and the kitchen was going to make me a Chicken Souvlaki. I called back once more to make sure they had my address/number - he said he did. After an hour and a half, no delivery. I called back and he told me what I had was a Chicken Souvlaki. I explained to him it was not, considering there was absolutely NO Chicken in it. He said "sorry but when you order a Chicken Souvlaki.. this is what you get." He then proceeded to raise his voice with me after I had been nothing but polite with him. Then he told me I could not speak with a manager or the owner. So if you order a Chicken Souvlaki from the Green Leaf Deli, expect a crappy beef/lamb (not sure which one it was) sandwich and some crappy customer service on the side....

They said that my order would take 15-30 minutes. It ended up taking them an hour to deliver the order. By the time they got here, the food was cold.

zero stars - but at least 1 is required for me to post this. I live 4 blocks away and the delivery estimate was 15-30 minutes. Order placed at 4:45p on a Sunday. Order delivered at 5:42p. Nearly an hour for terrible sandwiches. Bread was at least a day old. Lack luster.
