Took too long, gave me the wrong order. Try ordering from somewhere else. this place has gone down hill. i dont even bother calling up to tell them they messed up the order because i dont have another 45 minutes.

Really not worth the price. Sushi was only ok. Duck Spring rolls weren't really good. Got the veggie roll and asked for all avocado (the friend ordering it has an extremely limited diet right now) and they gave us a whole bunch of stuff in it and barely any avocado. Really disappointed I just spent $70 on a meal I didn't enjoy at all.

The food is quite poor considering the price. Hatsuhana is miles better!

Food is good, but they always severely underestimate their delivery time.

Fresh, never fishy. Good sushi quality for the Midtown area. The lunch boxes are fun and a great deal.

I ordered the food at 5:25 pm, and it came at 6:50. The food was already cold. I don't want to order again from here

Delivery was extremely slow, nearly double the estimate, for delivery a few blocks away. When the food did arrive, the utensils and plate I requested in two places in the order were nowhere to be found. However, the food was not bad. Would not order again.

Don't even pay attention to the delivery estimate. Add 30-40 minutes and you still will likely be disappointed. I have ordered from here for the last time.

As a person who is allergic to most shellfish, I am usually still able to eat at most restaurants, but not Haru. Apparently everything is cooked in crab oil including items that only have vegetables. Beware if you have any allergies. Clearly, will never try to eat here again.
