Always interesting when a delivery messes up. I ordered the sushi lunch and they gave me 5 pieces of sushi instead of 6. When I called she had the audacity to ask "what would you like me to do?" Not charge me full price and give me less would be a good start.

Lots of food. and I love anything with tempura on it. It satisfies your Asian food craving but offers more than the typical menu items. The fried vegetables were delicious.

Sushi is always solid, I got the dinner bento box. It's a little pricey but it's a lot of food, so you dont need to order anything else for one person (unless you want leftovers!)

Delivered with a smile. Delicious Food (I had Chicken Katsu Buridon) AND they gave me a free melon bubble gum pack. A delicious surprise.

In an effort to find good delivery sushi I tried Hokkaido. Understandably, since it was to be delivery I wasn't expecting the greatest sushi in the world, nor was I expecting anything special; I was simply looking for some raw fish to satisfy that sushi craving. Unfortunately this place disappointed me. Why then would I give it three stars? Well, I ordered the sashimi chef's choice---half of it was great, the other half, well, was bad. One would think that if it was the chef's choice I wouldn't get bad fish, but I did. So three stars it is. On a side note, although I don't rate basted on delivery speed and service, just on taste, I have to say the guy who delivered was rude and unpleasant. He complained I lived too far from the restaurant (then why would you include my address in the delivery area???) and also about my walk-up... Seriously. I do my walk-up everyday. Please don't complain to me about what's part of your job description, i.e. deliver food to people's apartments. Seriously. Eat at your own risk.

Better quality of all UES Japanese. Fresh + made to order is key. They use WAY too much plastic + paper packaging for the short delivery trek which often makes me feel wasteful + guilty that we didnt just walk down + eat there!

Love this place! everything is so delicious, esp the shrimp tempura roll. It all comes so nicely and they give you a little cute box of gum with every order, which is an added cute little plus.

Impressively speedy delivery - took about 15 minutes, maybe less! Food always fresh, consistently great, and very reasonable. Definitely one of my neighborhood faves.

Pretty quick. Never had to deal with a mistake in the order. The rolls are decent. The tempura batter is usually a little thick but still completely edible. Overall, a fine place.
