The delivery was fast, but whereas I used to like the food at this place, this time the avocado was rock hard (underripe) and the yellowtail had skin on it - inedible. The last order i had the dumplings were terrible as well. TIme to find a new place.

Used to be a great place. Last 2 orders have definitely taken a nose dive. There is no excuse for burnt food! I called to relay the experience and was hung up on. Ivy,... we're DONE!!!

Easily the best Chinese food in the west 80's and I order from Ivy's at least once a week. Always fresh and tasty. I do only order the Chinese food, seems that's the way to go. Their Hot and Sour Soup is very good and so is the Singapore Chow Mei Fun. Their roast pork buns are the closest to what my grandma used to make that I've found in the city as well. Baked, not steamed, and filled with Char-Sieu. I've never had any issues with the delivery. Always prompt and the delivery men are probably the most polite delivery men in the entire city. They always bow and thank me repeatedly.

Their delivery is exceptionally slow and the food mediocre at best. Not recommended.

Very Bland food. And my spicy tuna was terrible. This is definitely not a good place to order japanese food from.

This is by far the WORST sushi I have ever tried (and it is pretty hard to mess up a vegetarian roll). The cold noodles with sesame sauce tasted like they were soaked in peanut butter. COMPLETELY inedible-- I had to throw everything in the garbage.

ZERO stars. (They make you choose a star rating.) Worst chinese food I've ever had. Sesame chicken had a burnt lemon type flavor. Never again!

Very fast delivery and accurate orders despite frequent special requests. The chicken with brocccoli and hot and sour soup are particularly tasty.

I probably order from here at least once a week. The food is always fresh and the quality is consistent. I've tried a lot of chinese delivery places in the area and this is the best. The hot and sour soup and boiled dumplings are personal favorites.

chicken teriyaki was absolutely horrible, they basically just give you a baked chicken breast with rice, two pieces of carrots and one piece of broccoli. the "teriyaki" sauce almost has zero flavor. This should be illegal

The food is fine, but every time the delivery guy complains about coming from 72nd Street up to my place (low 90's); it's not my idea for their restaurant delivery zone to be set the way it is, and I don't appreciate being made to feel guilty by the staff for ordering, especially given that I tip double the suggest amount every time to compensate. I guess I won't order again, despite the decent food, and I would warn others not within the immediate vicinity of the restaurant to expect an attitude from the delivery staff.
